Q. When can I use this serum?
You can use this serum in your morning and/or evening routine.
Q. Is this safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! But please be sure to do a patch test before use to see how your skin reacts due to a high concentration of Niacinamide. Also, you can mix in a few drops into your favorite toner, serum or moisturizer to reduce any irritation.
Q. Can I use this every day?
Yes! But at first start slowly. Use 2~3 times a week and gradually increase the frequency.
Q. White thing showed up on my serum. Is this safe to use?
Yes! Sediment may occur in the dropper or bottle due to a high concentration of Niacinamide and this is safe to continue to use.
Q. Can I use this during pregnancy?
It works for all skin types, but it is best to avoid the product with Arbutin if you are pregnant or breastfeeding for your baby.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
